They had me at 190 on the scale tonight – which is a loss of two-tenths of a pound.
But, what is a loss of THREE OUNCES…seriously? Plus, I was wearing shorts whereas I usually wear jeans when getting weighed in.
So, let’s call it no loss or no gain, thereabouts. Overall, I am down 9 pounds since I came back to WW roughly 6 months ago. That’s not much. But, at least I am not gaining.
I still need to lose 12-18 pounds. Let’s split the difference and call it 15 pounds.
It won’t happen until I start to follow the program better…which I have not been doing the last seven weeks.
