Late to the party with this post.
I missed WW last week. The meeting was the same night my mom went into surgery.
The week before, on May 19th, I weighed in at 190.2 pounds. That was a gain of eight-tenths of a pound.
It’s been creeping in the wrong direction. The first two weeks of April, I lost 5 pounds. That was the good run. Since April 14th, overall, I have gained 1.4 pounds and that put me at 190.2 pounds.
I haven’t been mindful of what I have been eating. Not at all. And, worse, the battery on my home scale went dead. That’s flying blind.
I got a new battery this afternoon and I weighed in (at home) at 190 pounds. I guess that’s good that I have not gained a ton of weight in the last 10 days. I will try and be better with what I eat this week and see if I can get this thing heading in the right direction. I still need to lose a lot of weight. I can afford to lose another 10 to 15 pounds.
