I was down four-tenths of a pound this week. Actually, I thought it would have been a gain this week. The last 6 days have been a challenge with celebrating my son’s birthday.
This puts me at 188.6 pounds and down 10.4 pounds, overall, since I came back to Weight Watchers 20 weeks ago. More importantly, overall, in the last 4 weigh-ins, combined, I have lost 5.2 pounds. That’s pretty good. It’s actual positive traction which I have not really seen since week one.
I have not been tracking. But, I am doing better on the mindless eating stuff.
I still need to lose another 10 to 15 pounds. But, this does feel a lot better than being 25 pounds overweight.
