I was up two-tenths of a pound this week on the scale this week. To me, that’s staying the same. I mean…come on…three ounces? I am not going to sweat that gain.
I guess staying the same is OK since I lost 3.8 pounds last week and lost 1.2 pounds the week before that one. Hopefully, I can put up another loss next week. For the record, I am now 189 pounds and down 10 pounds since this started.
Funny, the receptionist last night asked me if I wanted to get a note from a doctor and make 189 my goal weight. She said that trying to lose another 10, and keeping it off, would be really hard. And, she said that I looked great, and, if I felt great, why not go with 189?
Me? I would still like to lose another 15 pounds. I think I can do it.
