Well, I “tracked” for most of the time this past week. And, it worked. I lost 3.8 pounds in the 7 days. Miracle, huh?
This puts me at 188.8 pounds with an overall loss of 10.2 pounds.
I cannot seriously remember the last time I was under 190. It’s been a good while. Now the trick is to repeat it – the tracking! – for another week. Doing it 2 weeks in a row will be a challenge. But, I really want to put some distance between me and that 190 line. It’s too close now. Too easy to slide back over.
I still need to lose 15 pounds to get back to my lifetime status. And, that’s a lot. It will feel more attainable if I get it to within 10 pounds.
One day at a time, right?
