I was down 4.8 pounds on the scale this week. That’s a total reversal of the 4.8 pounds I was up last week. Now I am at 191 pounds – down 8, overall, since I came back to Weight Watchers 14 weeks ago.
This is a big week. I need to be on program and tracking for each day. I really need to get into the 180′s. To gain weight this week would be another huge step backwards and just a continuation of spinning my wheels.
