Week 13 On The WW Return

I was up 4.8 pounds this week.  And, I “cheated” by wearing gym shorts to the weigh-in (compared to my normal jeans).  It’s not shocking.  In fact, I am surprised that it was not more.  I was expecting it to be closer to 6 pounds – the way I have been eating lately.

I am now at 195.8 pounds.  That’s an overall loss of 3.2 pounds in 13 weeks.  Yeah, I have totally wasted my time for the last 3 months.

It ends here.  I start tracking again today.  I need to give this program a fair chance.  Otherwise, there’s no sense in doing it.
