I was down one pound this week. They weighed me in at 191.4 pounds.
The way I ate this week, I am shocked it was not up. Maybe it’s because I was SO FAT that it was impossible to sustain that level and my body is creeping down a bit even though I am eating poorly.
Weekends have been tough. I would love to see what I could do, with respect to the scale, if I could get through the weekend without pigging out.
While I have been bad, I am somewhat trying. On a scale of one to ten, if one was terrible and ten was great, I’m probably around a four, most of the time. Just imagine if I can get it up to seven?
