Week Five On The WW Return

I was down one pound this week. This puts me at 191.1 overall and down (overall) 7.8 pounds since I returned to Weight Watchers.

I really didn’t track my food this week. And, I snacked too much. So, I am pleased with the result.

I am so close to being back in the 180′s. I really need to be better at following the program.
