I was down 6.6 pounds on the scale at my weigh-in today.
That’s not shocking. The first and second week are sometimes the biggest numbers.
This puts me at 192.4 pounds – which means I still have 18.4 pounds to go. (And, that’s a lot.)
I would be thrilled to lose another 5 pounds this coming week. But, I know that’s not a given. Further, I know that once you get past week two, you’re looking at losses of 2 pounds or less, if that, each week. It’s a much slower process after the first 14 days.
At the least, I want to be in the 180′s by my next weigh-in. If that doesn’t happen, I would be disappointed.
