6-10 Run

I was not feeling great yesterday and I had a lot on my plate. So, I never got to run. But, I did go out for a 5K run this morning after breakfast.

It was hot and the sun was bright. Worked up a monster sweat. I ran the 3.1 miles in 28:27 – which seems to be my going rate these days.

It was hard. The trick was keeping my mind super busy with thoughts of what I have to do tonight and the rest of the week. The distraction helps.

I now have 572.1 miles to go on my goal.
