Rock Bottom

One week ago, I weighed 185.5 pounds. This morning, I weighed 189 pounds.

Too many Christmas cookies. Too much time on the computer. Not enough time exercising.

I need to start tracking my food again. It’s been too long. I need to lose at least 15 pounds. I cannot even fit into my jeans any more. This is an all-time low. I have hit rock bottom.
