Workout – 12/7/13

I went for a 5K run this morning after breakfast. I made it to the 2.5 mile mark before breaking down to a short walk. After that, I ran the rest of the way. My total time for the 3.1 miles was 25 minutes and 50 seconds. Next time, I want to make it past 2.5 miles.

This is workout #88 for 2013.
