I went for another 5K run this morning. It was bad…but not as bad as yesterday.
Today, I got 1.4 miles into it before I started walking. That’s further than yesterday. From there, I did the alternating walk/run thing. I did work up a sweat. In total, it took me 30 minutes and 30 seconds to cover the 3.1 miles.
This is workout #45 for 2013.
