Workout – 6/25/13

For the first time in 118 days, I went to the gym this morning. I took it light on the weight and the reps. While there, I did four sets each of the following:

  • Bench Press
  • Hammer Strength Rows
  • Hammer Strength Shoulder Press
  • Ab Coaster
  • Hammer Strength Leg Extensions
  • Icarian Leg Curls
  • Icarian Tricep Extension
  • Life Fitness Curls

This is workout #38 for 2013.
