Week 3, Day 6, The 180-Minute Plan [Part II]

I did make it to the gym tonight, finally, after meeting all my obligations and making family accommodations – at 8:30 PM.  (By the way, the gym is dead at 8:30 PM on a Friday night.)

While there, I did four sets each of the following:

  • Bench Press
  • Hammer Strength Rows
  • Hammer Strength Shoulder Press
  • Ab Coaster
  • Hammer Strength Leg Extensions
  • Icarian Leg Curls
  • Life Fitness Tricep Pressdown
  • Icarian Camber Curls

I also did 20 minutes on the Precor EFX Elliptical Fitness Crosstrainer. That was the first time that I ever used one of those. Worked up a sweat in the time I was on it.

All told, I was at the gym for 75 minutes this evening.  And, that brings my total up to 132 minutes for the week.

I am not sure if I am going to get another 48 minutes in tomorrow.  In truth, I may be lucky to get in another 25 minutes.  In any event, tonight was a good workout and I am proud of it.
