Week 2, Day 5, The 180-Minute Plan

After a somewhat stressful day at work, a long commute home, and then mowing my backyard lawn (for an hour), I went to the gym after dinner and did four sets each of the following:

  • Hammer Strength Shoulder Press
  • Hammer Strength Shrugs
  • Life Fitness Lateral Raises
  • Hammer Strength MTS Leg Extensions
  • Standing Calves
  • Icarian Leg Curls
  • Ab Coaster

It was not intense.  But, I give myself a good grade for getting there tonight.

That’s 40 minutes for tonight and a total of 113 minutes for the week – leaving 67 minutes left to go.

If I can get a run in tomorrow morning and then hit the gym on Saturday, that should allow me to hit my goal this week.
