Week 2, Day 4, The 180-Minute Plan

I went for a 5K run this morning after breakfast.

So much for my music theory.  I hit the wall again around the 2.3-mile mark and had to do the alternating walk/run the rest of the route.  Ugh.

My  total time for the 5K distance was 27 minutes and 23 seconds.  That’s one minute and 18 seconds slower than my last time when I ran the whole thing without stopping.  And, that’s just about the time I was walking.

In any event, that’s 28 minutes for today and a total of 73 minutes for the week – and 107 minutes left to go.
