Sure you can…because I did it this week.
How?
Too much snacking on trail mix and veggie crisps during the week. And, a bit of a pig-out at an Independence Day celebration party. Probably just too many carbs, period, overall for me in the last week or so.
It is amazing how hard it is to lose weight – but how easy it is to gain it.
Now, the trick is to not gain any more over the next week…and hopefully lose some of what I put on over the last week.
