Friday Night Lifting

My family and I spent 8 hours at a theme park yesterday in blistering heat.   So, I am going to say that all that walking and standing around (in lines) was my exercise for the day.

Today, I was pretty tired from yesterday.  But, I hit the gym before dinner and did four sets each of the following:

  • Bench Press
  • Hammer Strength Rows
  • Hammer Strength Shoulder Press
  • Ab Coaster
  • Hammer Strength Leg Extensions
  • Icarian Leg Curls
  • Life Fitness Tricep Pressdown
  • Icarian Camber Curls

It was not my most intense workout ever.  But, I got it done – which is good considering that it’s supposed to be 104-degrees here tomorrow and I have family plans for all day on Sunday.  So, this was probably my last chance to get a workout done before Monday and I made it happen tonight.
