My Own Fitness Plan 2.0 – Cycle 3 – Day 9

Where do I start?

I was supposed to run yesterday.  It never happened.  It rained in the morning.  And, in the afternoon, hay fever was so bad that I started to choke the minute I stepped outside.  So, I bagged it.  And, that’s terrible considering how much I struggled on my last run.

Tonight, after dinner, I went to the gym and took advantage of a free offer of a session with a personal trainer.  We spent about 40 minutes working out on a TRX system.  That was a first for me.  I took it easy since I was learning the moves.  I think I will work this into my regular program. 

Now, I just need to get back on track with my program.  I’m thinking a run tomorrow, if it doesn’t rain followed by a total body workout at the gym on Wednesday.  And, then I can run again on Friday – that would close out the week.  And, on Day #15, it’s back to the script.
