My Own Fitness Plan 2.0 – Cycle 2 – Day 47

Today was supposed to be “Biceps & Triceps” at the gym - followed by a run tomorrow.

But, since I have a race on Sunday, I decided to do a 5K walk this evening (at 9 PM) and then hit the gym tomorrow morning.  (And, Saturday will be an off-day.)

I walked the 3.07 miles in 40 minutes and 39 seconds.  Basically, I just wanted to get my legs loose.

I know that some people “run” a 5K in a time longer than it took me to walk it this evening.  But, I have no idea how that is possible.  I walk fast – but, I don’t think I could run that slow.
