My Own Fitness Plan 2.0 – Cycle 2 – Day 45

I went to the gym tonight after dinner and did four sets each of the following:

  • Hammer Strength Shoulder Press
  • Dumbbell Shrugs
  • Life Fitness Lateral Raises
  • Hammer Strength MTS Leg Extensions
  • Standing Calves
  • Icarian Leg Curls
  • Ab Coaster

I have to say, every once in a while, I catch an odd reflection of myself in a mirror at the gym – and I am surprised to see how lean and defined I sometimes appear.  It happened again this evening.  Watching what I eat and working out consistently is sitting well with me.
