After dinner, I went to the gym and did four sets each of the following:
- Bench Press
- Hammer Strength Rows
- Hammer Strength Wide Chest Press
- Low Cable Rows
- Hammer Strength Incline Press
- Cable Wide Grip Pull-downs
- Ab Coaster
I went heavy on the weights and low on the reps – for the most part.
It seems like I always do the same exercises for the same body parts. And, while I am seeing gains, I would like to mix that up more in the next cycle of this plan.
