My Own Fitness Plan 2.0 – Cycle 2 – Day 41

I was supposed to go to the gym after work last night.  But, my hay fever was raging.  So, I bagged yesterday and will try and do a double-dip today (if possible). 

Related, this morning, before work, I hit the gym and did four sets each of the following:

  • Cable Curls
  • Hammer Strength Rows
  • Cable Wide Grip Pull-downs
  • Low Cable Rows
  • Standing Alternate Dumbbell Curls
  • Icarian Camber Curls
  • Ab Coaster

About three-quarters through, my blood sugar dropped.  Yet, I hung in there and got it all done.  Now the trick will be getting in my run later – with all the other stuff I need to do today.
