My Own Fitness Plan 2.0 – Cycle 2 – Day 36

I went for a 5K run this morning at 9 AM.

I wasn’t into it, heading out.  My legs were sore.  I was a bit tired.  It’s a bit chilly out – and cloudy. 

But, I pushed myself to go – and I took my harder 5K route (where I had some troubles in the past around the 2.8 mile mark).

How did I do?  I covered the 3.1 miles in 25 minutes and 42 seconds.  And, all things considered, that’s good for me.  So, now, I am very happy that I got it done.
