My Own Fitness Plan 2.0 – Cycle 2 – Day 33

This morning, at 8 AM, I went for a 5K run.

My legs were sore when I started – as expected.  And, it was windy out there:  52° F but with a RealFeel® temp of 42° F with 20 MPH wind gusts.  But, I did it.

I wanted to quit a few times on this run.  But, I kept moving my feet and did the 3.1 miles in 26 minutes and 12 seconds. 

That’s a bad time for me.  But, I got it done and worked up a major sweat.  So, it’s a victory as far as I am concerned…all things considered.
