My Own Fitness Plan 2.0 – Cycle 2 – Day 27

I went to the gym this morning at 8 AM and did four sets each of the following:

  • Cable Curls
  • Preacher Curls
  • Icarian Camber Curls
  • Tricep Rope Extension
  • Life Fitness Tricep Pressdown
  • Seated Dumbbell Tricep Extension
  • Ab Coaster

The gym is such a pleasure in the early morning hours – there’s so few there.  You can get in, take your pick of what you want to use, and get out (quickly).  It’s a shame that I’m not a morning person – or else I would be there at 5:30 AM every time and then have my nights free.
