My Own Fitness Plan 2.0 – Cycle 2 – Day 24

Went to the gym tonight after dinner and did four sets each of the following:

  • Hammer Strength Shoulder Press
  • Barbell Shrugs
  • Life Fitness Lateral Raises
  • Hammer Strength MTS Leg Extensions
  • Standing Calves
  • Icarian Leg Curls
  • Ab Coaster

Now, tomorrow is a “rest day” and then it’s back to the gym on Thursday.
