My Own Fitness Plan 2.0 – Cycle 2 – Day 23

Went to the gym tonight after dinner and did four sets each of the following:

  • Hammer Strength Wide Chest Press
  • Hammer Strength Rows
  • Peck Deck
  • Low Cable Rows
  • Hammer Strength Incline Press
  • Cable Wide Grip Pull-downs
  • Ab Coaster

I had to navigate around a pack of Gorilla Juice Heads to get it all done. But, I made it.
