My Own Fitness Plan 2.0 – Cycle 2 – Day 20

Yesterday was supposed to be a gym day and today was supposed to be a run day.  But, my hay fever had me down yesterday and it was raining this morning.  So, I went to the gym at 8 AM today and did four sets each of the following:

  • Cable Curls
  • Standing Alternate Dumbbell Curls
  • Icarian Camber Curls
  • Tricep Rope Extension
  • Icarian Tricep Extension
  • Seated Dumbbell Tricep Extension
  • Ab Coaster

Not sure if I can make up the run day tomorrow – since I also want to run on Sunday.  In any event, today was good. 

Driving to the gym, just before I got there, I had a thought that said “I know I am dressed and almost in front of the gym.  But, I could very easily say ‘screw it,’ turn around, and go home now too – because I am not in the mood for this.”

However, I went in anyway and had a good workout.  So, this is a win today.
