My Own Fitness Plan 2.0 – Cycle 2 – Day 16

I went to the gym at 7 PM this evening and it was packed.  But, while there, I got in four sets each of the following:

  • Bench Press
  • Hammer Strength Rows
  • Peck Deck
  • Low Cable Rows
  • Hammer Strength Incline Press
  • Cable Wide Grip Pull-downs
  • Ab Coaster

I still felt something in my back.  So, I did not push it.  Better safe than sorry, right?
