My Own Fitness Plan 2.0 – Cycle 2 – Day 14

For the first time since I hurt myself, I went to the gym today (after lunch).  While there, I did four sets each of the following:

  • Bench Press
  • Low Cable Rows
  • Hammer Strength Shoulder Press
  • Ab Coaster
  • Icarian Camber Curls
  • Icarian Tricep Extension
  • Icarian Leg Extensions
  • Hammer MTS Kneeling Leg Curls

I didn’t go heavy on the weights and used moderate intensity since I didn’t want to hurt myself again. (I still feel some pain in my back.)

I survived the workout. And, now, it’s hopefully back to normal.
