Four weeks from today is the 5-year anniversary of me reaching “lifetime” status at Weight Watchers.
While I have maintained my goal weight over this time, I would still like to lose 3 to 5 pounds (from my weight this morning) by the time I hit that milestone.
It’s a “doable” goal…losing somewhere between 6/10ths of a pound and 1.25 pounds per week over the next four weeks. It’s just a matter of being focused and following the program.
When I got on my bathroom scale this morning, it read 175 pounds. I know that’s somewhat of a false high because of what I have been eating lately. And, I would like to see that number closer to 170 or 172 by February 1st.
