Yesterday, after work and dinner, I was prepared to hit the gym. In fact, I was minutes away from leaving when I stopped to pick something up, off the floor, that my 7-year old son left (misplaced).
No biggie. I bend over all the time. No issues.
But, this time, out of nowhere, when I bent over, a got a pain in my (lower right) back that felt like I had been shot. I screamed out in pain – it hurt so bad.
Still, I thought maybe it would go away and I can still get to the gym. However, when I tried to change out of my work clothes, the pain was so bad that I started to scream again.
Man, is this what’s it come down to? This is crazy.
Obviously, the trip to the gym never happened.
I doped up with Naproxen Sodium before bed – and the back feels much better today. I just hope this is the end of these surprise back attacks.
