I had a day from hell at work yesterday. It’s going to be that way all week. But, I got home, had dinner, and pushed myself to the gym. Glad that I did it. While there, I did four sets each of the following:
- Dumbbell Chest Flies
- Low Cable Rows
- Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press
- Ab Coaster
- Cable Curls
- Tricep Rope Extensions
After another hell day at work – meetings from 10 AM to 5 PM with no breaks – and I have a Little League game to manage (and pitch) this evening. So, what happens after that is anyone’s guess.
