Per the plan, today was a yoga day. So, I got up early this morning to make sure I got it in before having to leave for work.
I borrowed one of my wife’s DVDs – Sara Ivanhoe’s 20 Minute Yoga Makeover: Power Beauty Sweat – and did a 20-minute routine. It was a decent stretch and reminded me of how good a workout yoga can be…much harder than it looks.
On the whole, “Week 1″ of the nine-week plan is now complete and I met all my goals. I feel pretty good about that fact. Back to the gym tomorrow!
