This morning, I did Tony Horton’s 10-Minute Trainer Workout (Total Body).
Hey, it’s better than nothing. And, it got me thinking. For me to get into a gym/workout groove, I need a plan/program/goal. Just like when I did Power 90 back in 2003 and how I did C25K earlier this year. When I don’t have that roadmap and target, it’s just too easy to pull over to the roadside, turn off the car, take a nap/break and be a total slacker.
