Remember back on May 13th when I said I wanted to lose three pounds in the next two weeks?
One week after that, I was about half-way there with a loss of 1.6 pounds.
Today was my next weigh-in and I’ve lost another 1.8 pounds. And, that gives me a total of 3.4 pounds lost in the last two weeks.
